Maintenance Guide – L-Shaped Wood Executive Desk (Wood + Black Side)

✅ 1. Regular Cleaning

• Wood Surface:

  • Wipe daily or weekly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust.

  • Use a mild soap and water solution (damp cloth, not wet) for deeper cleaning.

  • Immediately dry the surface to prevent moisture damage.

• Black Side (Metal, MDF, or Laminate):

  • Use a damp cloth and gentle cleaner (glass cleaner or diluted vinegar) to remove smudges or fingerprints.

  • Avoid abrasive pads that could scratch matte or powder-coated surfaces.

• Harsh chemical cleaners (e.g., bleach, acetone, alcohol).

• Abrasive sponges or scrubbers.

• Excess water—especially around joints or where materials meet.

• Use coasters or desk pads under laptops, hot drinks, or writing tools.

• Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent wood finish fading or surface warping.

• Avoid placing hot items (like a coffee mug) directly on the desk without protection.
