Because this unit uses both plywood (exposed) and laminate (matte finish), follow these dual-care tips:

✅ For Laminate Surfaces

• Daily Wipe-Down: Use a damp microfiber cloth with a gentle soap solution. Dry immediately.

• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: No bleach, ammonia, or alcohol-based sprays (they dull the surface).

• Prevent Scratches: Use coasters or mats under decor. Do not drag rough items.

• No Heat: Keep hot objects away—laminate can warp or discolor.

✅ For Plywood Shelving

• Dust Frequently: Use a dry or slightly damp cloth.

• Water Caution: Don’t allow water to sit; plywood can swell at edges.

• Re-coat Occasionally: If unfinished or lightly sealed, you may need to reapply a wood sealer or clear coat every 2–3 years.

• Edge Protection: Consider sealing edges with edge banding or clear polyurethane to prevent chipping.

• Sunlight: Use curtains or blinds to limit direct sunlight and avoid fading or warping.
